浙江安吉宋茗白茶有限公司始创于上世纪90年代末,前身是长思岭与灵芝山两家茶场,2007年正式联袂组建公司,以精心打造“宋茗”茶文化品牌为企业愿景,是一家集茶叶种植、加工、研发、销售及茶文化传播于一体的省级农业龙头企业。

经过短短几年的发展,公司规模逐步壮大,现占地面积达到70亩,拥有20800平方米绿色生产厂房和包装车间,具有专业的生产管理技术和操作流程,注册商标“宋茗”、“乳叶”、“灵芝山”等。在“公司+基地+农户”的运营模式引导下,公司开辟的白茶基地已逾3000亩,并通过订单农业扩展基地4800余亩,产值连年翻番,带动周边上百户茶农致富。公司还是中国农业科学院茶叶研究所、农业部茶叶质量监督检验测试中心定点服务企业。为满足企业可持续发展需求,公司加大市场化招聘力度,现有员工100多人,人才结构趋于年轻化、专业化,其中大专以上学历员工超过半数,35岁以下员工达到90%以上。

目前公司已完成了标准化、规模化、专业化、科学化茶叶加工企业的战略转型。2010年3月,中国安吉白茶研发中心正式落户公司,使得公司在白茶的研发及综合应用方面迈出了实质性的一步。公司对茶叶的工序处理道道把关,整个工艺流程绿色、健康,宋茗白茶从源头种植、加工、销售直到消费者的杯中,品质是可追溯的。

12月25日至29日,万润新能、湖南裕能、德方纳米、安达科技、龙蟠科技等磷酸铁锂产业上市公司相继披露检修减产计划,时间集中在2026年1月。5家公司的合计市场份额占行业“半壁江山”,其中多家1月减产幅度为35%至50%。有研究机构认为,磷酸铁锂产业集体检修挺价是无奈之举,在原材料大幅涨价的背景下,磷酸铁锂提价进展并不理想。目前,磷酸铁锂行业身处“夹心层”位置:上游原材料价格大涨,下游电池企业却难以接受涨价,磷酸铁锂行业经营压力加剧。记者采访获悉,“长单”虽为部分磷酸铁锂企业提供了一定市场保障,但存在原材料涨价传导难等问题。此外,在部分下游企业的大力支持下,磷酸铁锂行业再度出现的扩产潮,也为行业供需回归良性带来了新的不确定性。(上证报)

连续8个月刷新纪录,公募基金总规模首破37万亿元
