公司于1996年2月由江苏省无锡商业学校组建，2003年正式改制成民营股份制企业。目前隶属于江苏精尚集团，经过二十年的稳步发展，公司成长为集建筑装饰工程设计和施工配套服务于一体的专业装饰工程公司。公司坐落于无锡市滨湖区楝泽路科教软件园18号5层。

目前，公司具有建筑装饰装修专业承包一级、电子与智能化工程专业承包贰级、机电安装三级及专项工程设计乙级资质。公司现有中高级职称技术骨干40余人，国家一、二级注册建造师36人，专业上岗证人员80余人。
