家政服务人员培训的对象主要是已从事或即将从事家政服务但未经过岗前专业技能培训或未取得职业资格证的各类人员,包括家庭服务员、初、中、高级月嫂及催乳师、育婴师、营养师等,公司聘请北京婴之宝培训中心讲师授课,培训内容有职业道德教育,技能实操训练、专业知识讲座等。培训结束后,学员经国家人力资源和社会保障部中国就业培训技术指导中心的严格审核后,由中国就业培训技术指导中心颁发职业培训证书。公司品质家庭服务主要包括向山西晋内及北京地区的家庭提供标准化、职业化、专业化的入户育婴服务(0--3岁的早期教育)、母婴月子护理、产后专业催乳、产后专业修复、居家养老护理、家庭生活料理、高级保洁服务等。
