风酿调味品有限公司创立于1958年，至今已有60年历史，地处长江之滨，三孝故里，座落于安徽省望江经济开发区，属民营制企业，经营范围：酿造酱油、酱、调味料生产、销售；蔬菜制品、预包装食品、散装食品销售、调味品研发及销售；粮、油及农副产品收购、销售、仓储；道路货物运输。公司前身为“望江县酿造厂”，2005年企业改制，现命名为“风酿调味品有限公司”是一家专业从事风酿调味品的酿造型企业，酱油菌种由望江藉江南大学已故微生物专家檀跃辉教授所提供，是七十年代初日本发酵曲菌中分离提纯所得，单独制曲，混合发酵，且酶系丰富，至今国内甚为罕见，采用原池淋浇先固后稀的发酵工艺，取了低盐固态与高盐稀醪发酵工艺的二者之长，补了其短。

公司设有生产、营销、研发、质检、采购、物流、行政、人力资源管理等部门。主要产品有风酿酱油、蚕豆辣酱、辣油椒酱、复合调味料等十几个系列产品，销往全国各大城乡。
