沧州大化集团有限责任公司是由中国化工集团控股、沧州市政府参股，以化肥、TDI为主导产品的大型综合性化工企业集团，属国有独资企业。下属6家子分公司（含1家上市公司），主要拥有年产36万吨合成氨、58万吨尿素、15万吨TDI、16万吨烧碱以及浓硝酸、硝酸铵等生产能力。其中“铁狮”牌尿素和“飞狮”牌TDI，以优良的质量和服务赢得市场美誉。2013年实现营业收入35.9亿元。沧州大化的前身为河北省沧州化肥厂，1977年建成投产，1996年6月由工厂制改为公司制，2006年10月与中国化工集团重组合作。历经30多年的不懈努力，经过不断的技术改造，淘汰落后产能，实施产业升级，已发展成为我国重要的异氰酸酯和化肥生产基地。
