浙江子久文化股份有限公司，坐落于浙江温州平阳县昆阳工业园区，成立于2001年5月，由浙江张臣木艺有限公司更名而来。原公司主要从事木艺包装盒生产，是温州地区木艺包装盒龙头生产企业。2013年底公司响应政府“退二进三”和发展文化产业的号召，华丽转身，做起了茶文化和红木文化。

公司现有厂房2.5万平方米，资产近亿元，员工200多名，主营产品为“子久”牌平阳黄汤等系列茶产品。拥有自营和联营茶园面积4000亩，联营农户400多户，5000平方米子久茶博苑1幢，标准化示范茶厂1个，2017年生产平阳黄汤等茶叶10吨。

公司为打造平阳黄汤茶文化宣传主阵地，投资5200多万元，新建了近5000平方米的子久茶博苑，用于茶产品和茶家具展示、品茗休闲及茶文化推广。2017年共举办各类文化活动与茶文化培训100余场，接待游客和消费者30000余人次。

在温州机场、动车南站等地及县内开设“平阳黄汤”专卖店和品牌形象店，市场不断开拓。2016年7月，公司成功挂牌“新三板”。
