安徽星凯龙客车有限公司前身是安徽淝河汽车制造厂，成立于1968年的安徽淝河汽车制造厂于1995年改名为安徽安凯汽车集团有限公司。1999年因产品分工分别组建安徽安凯车辆制造有限公司和安徽安凯汽车股份有限公司，共用安徽安凯汽车集团有限公司的产品目录。2005年体制改革，安徽安凯车辆公司的产品品牌、技术开发独立于安徽安凯汽车集团有限公司，公司迁址到合肥经济技术开发区。安徽安凯车辆制造有限公司于2013年11月更名为安徽星凯龙客车有限公司。

隶属于央企中航工业的合肥中航新能源科技有限责任公司于2014年完成安徽星凯龙客车有限公司的资产重组，控股安徽星凯龙客车有限公司。

014年安徽星凯龙客车有限公司开发了10.5米、12米纯电动城市客车和6米纯电动客车等新产品。目前，公司在国内纯电动城市客车调研的基础上，集国内城市客车优点，进行了新型纯电动城市客车和其他新能源客车的试制。真正实现了“生产一代、试制一代、研发一代、设想一代”的新产品开发模式。

安徽星凯龙客车有限公司采用出色的客车技术，集底盘装配、车身生产、涂装油漆、客车总装、整车检测等工艺于一体贯通式联合流水作业线，具备各类客车单班年产5000辆的生产能力，是国内规模较大的客车生产基地之一。2014年经公司董事会决定，安徽星凯龙客车有限公司将以“生产新能源纯电动汽车为主，混合动力为辅”作为公司的发展战略，力争在3年到5年成长为出色的新能源汽车制造企业。

安徽星凯龙客车有限公司地处合肥市经济技术开发区锦绣大道135号，占地面积约24万平方米，标准厂房的建筑面积约12万平方米，拥有大型的客车生产联合厂房。

In 2014, Anhui xingkailong Bus Co., Ltd. developed 10.5m, 12m pure electric city bus, 6m pure electric bus and other new products. At present, based on the research of domestic pure electric city bus and the advantages of domestic city bus, the company has carried out the trial production of new pure electric city bus and other new energy bus.
