厦门万里石股份有限公司创立于1996年12月18日,是集采矿、制造和进出口贸易为一体的石材企业集团。公司主要产品有:建筑装饰石材、景观石材及承接装饰工程施工、安装服务。

万里石的发展经历了四个阶段:

第一阶段:(1996年-2000年),创业阶段

公司在这五年中,以拓展市场、扩大销售、打好基础为工作重点,先后应对了欧盟反倾销诉讼,并获得了欧盟认定的“市场经济地位”待遇;在美国设立了销售网点,开拓了美国市场。公司建立了日本、欧美的市场网络。同时,公司开办了2家工厂,收购了1座矿山。为下步的发展打下了基础。

第二阶段:(2001年-2005年),实业化发展阶段

公司在这五年,进入了实质性发展阶段。先后收购了3座矿山,开办了5家工厂,并“走出去”在南非投资设立了石材加工厂。万里石集团的营业额在2005年突破了5亿元人民币。

第三阶段:(2006年-2010年),跨越式发展阶段

在这五年中,万里石进入了良性发展阶段。2006年,万里石成功引进外资,与欧盟某著名石材企业合资合作,实现了强强联手。2010年,万里石进行了股份制改造,注册资本增至1.5亿元人民币。万里石收购了2座矿山,新建了2座工厂,产业链更加完整。面对全球金融危机,万里石实行国际国内市场并举的战略,在稳定发展国际市场的同时,大力拓展国内市场,在国内10座城市设立了子(分)公司。

第四阶段:(2011年-2015年),以资源带动的产业链发展阶段

万里石已步入新的发展阶段。在这一阶段,公司将根据全球经济发展形势,实施新的全球化经营和布局,力求在资源、物流、加工、销售等产业链主要环节上实现更科学、完整的全球化配置!
