黑龙江省农垦胜利粮油食品有限责任公司，是一家由农垦建三江管局胜利农场控股的股份制企业。他的前身是胜利农场所属的粮油加工厂，1959年建厂，1999年实行股份制改造成立公司，2005年收购七星面粉厂进入现在铁南经济开发区。公司由一个专为农场职工服务的小作坊，成长为以“长乐”牌挂面为拳头产品、集粮油加工与贸易于一体的企业。

公司地处中国绿色米都——建三江，现有正式员工160人，占地面积4万平方米，厂房面积2万平方米，具有年产挂面1万吨、面粉6万吨、大米3万吨的生产能力。拥有20万亩绿色种植基地和4万亩有机种植基地，其中小麦基地主要分布在胜利农场和内蒙古牙克石市免渡河镇，根据公司订单专品种种植。主要产品有“长乐”牌挂面、“胜利长乐”牌面粉、挂面、大米，同时经营着豆油、杂粮等产品。销售网络已覆盖全省并远销北京、上海、西安、香港、澳门、大连、沈阳、深圳等十余个省市。
