上海中医药大学附属曙光医院是一所沪上的百年老院，三级甲等综合性中医院、全国示范中医院。

医院拥有东西二部，核定床位1200张，开放床位1320张。西部位于黄浦区普安路185号，毗邻淮海公园，占地28亩。东部位于浦东张江高科技园区张衡路528号，占地160亩，是融现代建筑与传统特色为一体的园林式医院。成立于2001年的曙光医院集团目前已有10余个成员单位。

医院开设的70余个专病专科各具特色，独树一帜，享誉全国。近年来，医院坚持加强中医内涵建设，相继成立了“名医诊疗中心”、“传统诊疗中心”、“治未病中心”、“石氏伤科”、“柏氏肛肠科”、“蔡氏书屋”等科室。医院为切实做好名老中医药专家学术思想传承工作，建立了7个全国名老中医药专家传承工作室，12个上海市名中医工作室。

医院拥有多个重症监护室，医疗设施齐全，内外妇儿科室齐全，2012年成立中西医结合生殖医学中心，2014年恢复产科，已具备了较强的综合救治能力。

医院现有职工总数1800余人，具有正高级职称121名，博士生导师41名。

医院以建设研究型医院为目标，现有研究所4个、临床研究室14个，中医药科研三级实验室5个、二级和一级实验室8个。成立了肝肾病证省部共建实验室。具备国际标准的I期药物临床试验病房，完成了接受世界卫生组织委托的临床实验项目。十二五以来，医院科研综合能力大幅提升，共承担国家863计划项目2项，国家重大传染病专项4项，国家重大新药创制项目4项，国家自然科学基金86项。医院申请专利87项，授权专利69项，科技成果转化4项。

作为全国中医院校中较早成立的临床医学院、世界卫生组织传统医学合作中心的临床基地，曙光临床医学院现有教研室18个，博士研究生培养点7个，硕士研究生培养点11个，博士后流动站3个。每年承担800人次以上的各类学生的临床带教工作。

The hospital has two departments in East and West, with 1200 approved beds and 1320 open beds. The west is located at 185 Pu'an Road, Huangpu District, adjacent to Huaihai Park, covering an area of 28 mu. Located in No. 528, zhangheng Road, Zhangjiang hi tech park, Pudong, the eastern part covers an area of 160 mu. It is a garden hospital integrating modern architecture and traditional characteristics. Founded in 2001, Shuguang Hospital Group has more than 10 member units. The hospital has more than 70 specialized disease specialties with their own characteristics, which are well-known throughout the country. Phase I clinical trial ward with international standards has completed the clinical trial project entrusted by the World Health Organization. Since the 12th Five Year Plan, the comprehensive scientific research capacity of the hospital has been greatly improved. It has undertaken 2 National 863 Program projects, 4 national major infectious diseases projects, 4 national major new drug development projects, and 86 National Natural Science Foundation projects. The hospital has applied for 87 patents, 69 authorized patents and 4 scientific and technological achievements. As the clinical base of clinical medicine college and traditional medicine cooperation center of the World Health Organization, Shuguang clinical medicine college has 18 teaching and research departments, 7 doctoral training centers, 11 postgraduate training centers and 3 postdoctoral mobile stations.
