1991年，历经风风雨雨的劝业场再度扩建，总面积达五万平方米，营业面积达3.43万平方米，成为天津市集购物、娱乐、消闲、服务为一体的多功能的新型商厦，并以其独有的特色和业以诚信的服务成为天津一张闪光的城市名片。
