桂林花桥食品有限公司，是由原桂林市酱料厂经企业改制后而成立的一个新兴企业。企业坐落于桂林市东区的环城北二路，交通便利，环境幽雅，是广西集研发、生产、销售服务于一体的调味食品骨干企业。企业占地面积37亩，建筑面积2.19万平方米，拥有固定资产3200万元。现有员工二百多人，其中大中专以上专业技术人员60多人。企业生产工艺出众，设备精良，研发力量强大，检测手段齐全，严格按照ISO9001:2000质量管理体系进行管理。目前，企业已形成年产辣椒酱8000吨、酱油10000吨、腐乳2亿块、食醋2000吨的生产规模。2007年11月，经桂林市农业产业化联席会议审核认定，桂林市人民政府批准，花桥公司成为桂林市第二批农业产业化企业。
