上海开伦造纸印刷集团有限公司，1995年成立，其前身是上海造纸产业的国资企业，历史可追溯到洋务运动时期李鸿章先生开创的中国机械造纸业先河——上海机器造纸局。开伦集团原隶属于上海轻工控股集团公司，2004年落实上海市委市政府的有关决定，落户到奉贤区，目前属于奉贤区管国有全资企业。

近年来，为顺应上海城市功能的变化，开伦集团把改革和重组作为重要内容，通过整合升级传统产业、布局新的产业方向，促进集团业务转型。目前开伦集团业务重心已经转移至商办物业开发经营、内外贸易、金融服务等现代服务业，同时涉足经济型酒店、汽车服务、股权投资等行业。

2016年11月，根据奉贤区委区府的决定，开伦集团吸收合并同为奉贤区属国企的上海保容玻璃有限公司。

After the joint venture production of Shanghai Kailun Paper Printing Group Co., Ltd. and Jinguang group, food card paper, white card paper and white board paper are sold in domestic and foreign markets; various processed paper products such as record paper, copper plate paper, decorative paper and anti-counterfeiting stamp paper are welcomed by customers. At present, the company has joined hands with Indonesia Jinguang group and plans to invest more than 20 billion yuan to build a large-scale food cardboard production base in Asia and a large-scale papermaking base with a capacity of 2 million tons in Fengxian.
