创立于一九九三年，是从事水产食品开发、加工、销售为一体的外向型水产加工企业。为适应业务发展需要，于二OO四年成立了石狮市日祥海洋食品有限公司。公司紧临祥芝港，是国家水产品质量检验福建基地。经过多年的改革，公司已建立起适应市场经济和现代企业制度要求的体制框架和机制雏形，经营实力和整体竞争力显著增强，迈上了新的发展平台。
