爱伲庄园咖啡是集咖啡种植、初加工、精深加工、产品研发、贸易和品牌营销为一体的、云南爱伲集团打造的咖啡品牌。过去15年一直专注于把云南咖啡带入国际咖啡市场,为云南咖啡在国际市场上赚得名声后,爱伲集团开始战略转移,从国际出口市场转向开拓国内市场。

2012年2月,爱伲集团与星巴克在云南成立合资公司,12月合资公司正式运营。帮助提升云南咖啡品质,建立健全咖啡质量管控体系,并把云南优质的咖啡带到全球市场。

2012年12月28日,爱伲集团咖啡体验店爱伲庄园在普洱建成,至此,爱伲庄园咖啡品牌完成了从“种子到杯子”全产业链的布局。

爱伲集团现有2个咖啡种植示范基地,全部实现雨林种植,总面积10000亩;2个脱皮脱胶湿法加工厂,每小时加工咖啡鲜果10吨;2个咖啡加工厂,年处理带壳咖啡豆3万吨、生产商品咖啡豆2.3万吨;建成1条千吨焙炒咖啡生产线。

爱伲庄园的生咖啡豆、焙炒豆(粉)全部通过有机认证,爱伲将万亩咖啡庄园和自有牧场达到有机结合,咖啡树的生长过程大量使用有机肥,保障每一颗咖啡果实都分外饱满。

为增加当地咖啡农的经济收入和加快咖啡产业的发展步伐,2009年6月公司无偿提供优质咖啡苗100万株,扶持农户发展咖啡种植业。公司咖啡豆原料主要来自普洱、西双版纳、临沧、德宏、保山等周边州市。咖啡产品主要销往德国、美国、加拿大、比利时、马来西亚等国家。2012年12月,星巴克全亚洲咖啡种植者支持中心在云南普洱建成,爱伲将功借助星巴克各种资源和技术支持,推广更加环保的种植方式和加工方式以提高云南咖啡豆的品质和产量。

为改善云南咖啡品种单一,提高云南咖啡产量,爱伲庄园两年前从国外引进了33个咖啡新品种进行实验性种植,如果种植成功,新品种将会在整个云南的咖啡种植园进行推广,爱伲庄园将成为云南甚至中国雨林咖啡基因库。目前有4个咖啡品种的实验项目已经超过650公顷的种植面积,遍布8个种植园。
