武汉市方氏食品饮料有限责任公司成立于2001年，注册资金700万元，是一家集研发、生产、销售一体的肉制品深加工企业。公司主要以烤肠类产品为主，是国内较早生产台湾热狗肠的厂家之一。公司产品进入市场十多年，产品已经覆盖了湖北、湖南、江西、安徽、福建、广东、广西、陕西、四川等各大省市。目前公司拥有先进的烤肠生产设备，专业的研发团队，主要产品为台湾热狗肠、纯肉肠、油炸肠等一系列肠类肉制品。今年即将上市新品特制肉肠、肉排、肉饼系列产品。

由于市场的扩大，目前的厂房已不能满足生产需求，公司将于2018年搬入武湖工业园内新厂区，此厂区现在正在建设当中，一期工程建筑面积将达到13000m2，其中生产厂房12000m2,建成后，公司年产烤肠类产品9000吨以上，调理食品6000吨以上。
