一、简介
烟台御花园老年公寓是全国首批爱心护理工程建设基地、中国养老产业联盟单位、全国敬老文明号、全国常青藤旅居养老副会长单位、全国医养结合机构五十强（第8名）、烟台市文明单位、烟台老龄产业协会会长单位、烟台市重点服务业工程、高新区精神文明建设先进单位。位于烟台高新区纬一路南、博斯纳路西，总占地面积99.7亩，总建筑面积为18万平方米，总床位4000张。一期总建筑面积8万平方米，共规划床位2000张(其中介护床位280张、介助床位320张、自理床位1400张)，配有老年公寓、蕾娜范颐养院、老年病医院、护理中心、餐饮中心、购物中心、多功能厅、老年大学、俱乐部、种植园、垂钓池、天颐泉、老年人休闲娱乐中心、门球场等。二期床位2000张，共10栋楼，总建筑面积约10万平方米，配有洗浴、宾馆、幼儿园等。
御花园董事长宋华西，山东大学管理学硕士。山东省政协委员、烟台市人大常委、民进烟台市委副主委、烟台市老龄产业协会会长、山东大学客座教授。
二、运营模式
该项目为老人提供养老服务，其中5栋老年公寓（11、12、13、15、16号楼）主要为自理老人提供养老服务，3栋老年公寓（17、18、19号楼）主要提供介助、介护养老服务，19号楼为与德国蕾娜范养老集团合作的蕾娜范颐养院。
三、实施理念
（1）精神娱乐服务：御花园开设了老年大学、棋牌室、阅览室、茶室、书画室、声乐室、舞蹈室、台球室、乒乓球室、门球场、健身器材场、天颐泉、垂钓池等各种活动场所。成立了艺术团、书画协会、活宝队、太极队、健身气功队、太极柔力球队、舞蹈队、交谊舞队、模特队、合唱队、曲艺队、花棍队、篮球队、种菜队、帮厨队、门球队、京剧社、文学社、钓鱼社、基督教查经小组、教师联谊会、企事业离退休联谊会、医护工作者联谊会、老兵联谊会、向日葵俱乐部等社团组织，并开展了元旦联欢会、春节团拜会、元宵节联欢会、植树节自行命名活动、游毓璜顶公园、游植物园、游农博园、七夕节旗袍会、八一警民联欢会、教师节座谈会、重阳节联欢会、国庆节书画笔会、中秋节联欢会、端午节联欢会、够级大赛、麻将大赛、象棋大赛、乒乓球大赛、钓鱼大赛、门球赛、快乐老人征文大赛、健康讲座、大海为证再次告白、金婚老人拍婚纱照等丰富多彩的活动。通过组织各种文娱活动把老年人组织起来，让每个人的兴趣爱好得以充分发挥，实现文明社会用年轻人的心态欢度晚年生活，真正的实现老有所为。
（2）管家服务：为方便自理及失能老人的生活日常照料，特为每位入住老人配备生活管家，根据老年人的需求，生活管家上门为老人提供洗衣、做饭、买菜、取药、量血压、测血糖、洗澡、剪指甲等全方位服务，管家昼夜值班随叫随到；
（3）餐饮服务：入住御花园老年公寓的老人可在四种就餐模式中自主选择，一是选择定营养套餐；二是到餐厅根据自己口味点餐（随点、随做、随吃）；三是自己做饭（每套寓所都有厨房）；四是通知生活管家到老人自己寓所做饭。
（4）介护服务：烟台御花园老年公寓与德国最大的养老机构之一——德国蕾娜范养老集团双方共同开展合作，设有德国蕾娜范烟台颐养院，在御花园处建立护理基地，长期开展德式介护护理，国际化元素加盟倾力打造一流的护理服务。针对完全失能老人，提供喂饭、洗头、洗脚、洗澡、剪指甲、清洁大小便、陪老人聊天读报等细致入微的服务，实现护理人员工作的舒心、快乐，老年人活得舒服、有尊严；
（5）医疗服务：滨州医学院烟台附属医院托管烟台御花园老年病医院。医院设有内科、外科、中医科、保健科、口腔科、放射科、检验科、康复理疗科等。为入住老人设立健康档案、定期体检、医疗诊治、心理疏导、医院陪护，遇突发疾病第一时间采取救护措施。老年病医院配备中西医生、药房、输液室、理疗室、化验、B超、心电图检测、现代艾灸、太空漂浮仓、熏蒸、针灸、按摩等理疗服务等，并可到入住老人寓所为老人听诊把脉、注射、输液等，特别是如果遇上紧急情况，将会在第一时间采取急救并护送上级医院，同时派护理人员陪床护理，直至老人亲属到位。
