天津银行成立于1996年。截止2016年末，注册资本60.7亿元，在全国设有6家中心支行、8家一级分行和5家二级分行，337家营业机构；出资设立了天银金融租赁有限公司，蓟县村镇银行、南阳村镇银行，以及宁夏和新疆自治区5家津汇村镇银行。
