集辰（福建）农林发展有限公司，位于福建沙县金古工业园区内，是一家集新型农业机械、复合肥和生物技术研究为一体的“闽台合作型”现代化农业发展公司。

公司规划总投资13亿元建设海西（沙县）台湾农业机械产业园，目前，已完成一期投资3.1亿元，占地201亩，拥有自主研发产品生产线6条，组装产品生产线5条，复合肥生产线2条，年生产及组装微型耕耘机、山地果园轨道搬运机、畜禽养殖场有机废弃物处理机、小型挖掘机、沼气发电机等农林机械设备15万台（套），二期计划投资9.9亿元，占地300亩。项目建成后预计年产值可达15亿元。

为实现农林畜牧业机械产业及新能源项目上的新突破，与科研院所紧密合作，于2012年3月16日揭牌成立了“海西台湾农林机械研发推广中心”，专业从事农林机械与新能源的研发与推广。

结合台湾丘陵地形与福建等内陆省份相似、农业机械化设备通用的特点，通过自主创新和引进技术消化吸收再创新。
