伊春北方水泥有限公司是中国建材集团北方水泥有限公司旗下一家大型水泥企业，下设佳木斯鑫发水泥有限公司、萝北县宝泉水泥有限公司、绥化北方水泥有限公司、绥棱天瑞水泥厂、铁力市宏远水泥有限责任公司、伊春市锦山浩良河水泥有限公司。其前身浩良河水泥厂，成立于1985年，是一家拥有28年水泥生产经验的大型水泥生产企业，2012年5月加入中国建材北方水泥公司后，正式更名为伊春北方水泥有限公司。公司位于黑龙江省伊春市南岔区浩良河镇西南2公里处，占地面积359万平方米。经过近二十多年的发展建设，公司拥有一条日产5000吨和一条日产2000吨熟料新型干法水泥生产线，年产熟料230万吨、年产水泥300万吨能力，总资产15亿元，是黑龙江省大型水泥生产基地之一。

日产5000吨熟料新型干法水泥生产线，采用了当代工艺流程和生产设备。大理岩矿在原有设备的基础上，新增一台生产能力800t/h的单段锤式破碎机;原料系统采用直径110米，堪称亚洲水泥行业的圆形石灰石预均化堆场，采用混匀式堆取料机，储量8.56万吨;生料系统采用一台集粉磨、烘干、选粉为一体的TRMR5341型原料辊式磨;烧成系统采用五级双系列旋风预热器+在线分解炉，主机为直径4.8mX长72m回转窑。窑头系统采用了第三代充气梁新技术+分区段各型式篦板的篦式冷却机;中央控制室设置6个操作站，采用集散式中央监控系统，运用大型电子计算机对生产进行全系统、全过程的控制;检验系统新增一台WDX-200荧光分析仪控制生料质量。

The company is located 2 kilometers southwest of Haolianghe Town, Nancha District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, covering an area of 3.59 million square meters. After nearly 20 years of development and construction, the company has a production line with a daily output of 5000 tons and a new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 2000 tons of clinker, with an annual output of 2.3 million tons of clinker, an annual output of 3 million tons of cement and a total asset of 1.5 billion yuan. It is one of the large cement production bases in Heilongjiang Province. The new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker adopts the contemporary technological process and production equipment. On the basis of the original equipment, a new single section hammer crusher with a production capacity of 800t / h is added to marble mine; the raw material system is 110m in diameter, which can be called the circular limestone pre homogenization yard of the cement industry in Asia, with a mixed stacker reclaimer with a reserve of 85600 tons; the raw material system is a trmr5341 raw material roller mill integrating grinding, drying and powder separation; The firing system adopts five stage double series cyclone preheater + on-line decomposing furnace, and the main engine is a rotary kiln with diameter of 4.8mx length of 72m. The kiln head system adopts the third generation of new technology of aerated beam + grate cooler of various types of grate plates in different sections; the central control room is equipped with 6 operation stations, adopts the distributed central monitoring system, and uses the large-scale electronic computer to control the whole system and the whole process of production; the inspection system adds a wdx-200 fluorescence analyzer to control the quality of raw meal.
