继作为二〇〇四年辽宁省通过农业部兽药GMP认证的企业，三仪兽药GMP生产车间历经多次改扩建，先后于二〇〇八年和二〇一三年两次高分通过国家农业部兽药GMP认证复检验收。目前，三仪已拥有最终灭菌小容量注射剂（含中药提取）生产线、粉针剂生产线、粉剂/散剂（含中药提取）/预混剂生产线2条、口服溶液剂生产线（含中药提取）2条、非氯消毒剂（液体）生产线、中药提取共12条生产线，GMP生产车间总建筑面积达一万平方米。同时，拥有液体深层发酵和微囊包被核心生产工艺的微生态制剂车间，为行业提供高品质的微生态制剂并广泛应用于畜牧、水产养殖、环境污染的降解处理等领域。
