企业地址位于拉萨市堆龙德庆县乃琼镇加木沟，注册资金（股本）38110.3435万元，占地面积1650亩，资产总额11.78亿元，净资产7亿多元。该公司现有两家股东：西藏天路股份有限公司（持股27369.9864万股，持股比例71.82%）；西藏高争（集团）有限责任公司（持股10740.3571万股，持股比例28.18%）。现有员工总数1144人，其中党员213人，各类工程专业技术人员133人，管理人员167人。
