云南恒捷物流有限公司成立于1994年4月，原名称为云南电力物资储运有限公司，其前身系50年代初期云南电业管理局生产技术处下设的供应科仓库，主管云南电力生产基建物资供应工作。2011年10月18日公司正式更名为云南恒捷物流有限公司，注册资金888.38万元。

2013年8月以前，公司地址位于云南省昆明市东郊凉亭，2013年8月，因政府归划拆迁，公司由原来的昆明市东郊凉亭搬迁至云南省昆明市晋宁县青山工业园区，紧靠云南腾俊国际物流园区，距中谊村火车站仅1公里，公司租用场地产权系云南恒通物流园区，占地面积25073.15㎡，约26亩。公司经营范围：普通货运、大型物件运输；水火电厂、变电站、输变电线路建设的成套设备、辅助设备，汽车货运，起重装卸、仓储服务，机电产品、仪器一表、工矿配件、装卸及建筑材料金属材料、五金、线路用品、汽车配件，货运代办、信息配载项目。
