云南恒捷物流有限公司成立于1994年4月，原名称为云南电力物资储运有限公司，其前身系50年代初期云南电业管理局生产技术处下设的供应科仓库，主管云南电力生产基建物资供应工作。2011年10月18日公司正式更名为云南恒捷物流有限公司，注册资金888.38万元。
