哈尔滨市森林防火装备有限责任公司始建于1970年，企业性质（集体企业）隶属哈市工业局市属企业，03年在市政府号召下，从集体企业改为民营企业，成立股份有限责任公司。公司自84年起，同大兴安岭科委防火中心、东北林业大学、加拿大专家共同研发生产森林防火机器具、装备。公司占地面积5312m²，生产车间3620m²，分三个生产基地，现有职工318人。
