湖北省农业生产资料控股集团有限公司，前身是始创于1952年的湖北省农业生产资料总公司，2005年整体改制，2009年成立集团公司，2017年6月更名为湖北农资控股集团，现注册资本2亿元。经过几年的改革和拓展，目前已发展成“农资”、“再生资源”、“茶业”三大主业，资源性资产开发和资本运作等多元化经营板块在内的“集团化管理、专业化分工、多元化经营”的企业集团。

（一）农资板块：集团现设置有湖北楚丰农资连锁有限公司、湖北省楚丰现代农业科技服务有限公司、湖北楚丰化肥贸易有限公司、湖北农资集团农药有限公司等13个农资主营业务子公司。旗下生产企业湖北富来地金润肥业有限公司可生产高、中、低含量复混肥、生物有机肥等50多个品种，年设计总产能达50万吨。

（二）再生资源板块：为抢抓国家循环经济发展有利时机，2009年，集团重组了省再生资源公司，并先后引进了中国再生资源公司、深圳格林美、北京控股集团等重要的战略合作伙伴。湖北省再生资源集团现有控股、参股公司5家，拥有国家废旧家电回收企业、废旧家电拆解处理企业、废旧汽车回收拆解企业3个资质，在汉川、谷城、蕲春、恩施等地建有4个再生资源工业园区，加快打造以废旧家电、汽车拆解、废塑料、废机油综合利用、废旧轮胎深加工、贵金属提取为特色的综合产业基地。

（三）茶业板块：湖北省茶业集团前身为1950年成立的中国茶叶总公司中南区分公司。目前集团旗下拥有两家省级农业产业化企业——湖北省赵李桥茶厂有限责任公司和宜红茶业股份有限公司，并拥有三家区域性专业茶叶公司——湖北汉口茶厂有限公司、宣恩宜红贡茶有限公司和秭归宜红茶业有限责任公司。在我省恩施、咸宁、宜昌等地建有14个精制、初制生产厂，建立生产基地占地240亩，厂房10万余平米，拥有核心茶园基地3.6万亩，24条茶叶生产线，128台套生产设备，年产能2万吨。集团拥有“川”字牌，及“宜红”、“牌坊”、“火车头”等湖北老牌品牌。主要经营湖北“青砖茶”，“宜红”红茶和名优绿茶系列产品。其中所经营的“川”字牌青砖茶多年来一直保持青砖茶产销量全国排行前列；所经营的中国三大出口红茶之一的“宜红”红茶和优质绿茶以其品质优良，畅销国内外市场。
