一期项目（简称t1项目）总投资245亿元，是深圳市建市以来单笔投资额较大的工业项目，也是我国首条依靠自主创新建设的高世代液晶面板生产线。项目于2010年3月动工建设，2011年8月投产，仅仅用了17个月即建成投产，建设速度超过国内外同类项目。投产后，产能、良率爬坡，2012年9月份达到月产10万大片玻璃基板的满载产能。一期项目自满产以来，持续保持满产满销，目前单月产能突破15.5万大片玻璃基板，超设计能力55%。

在一期项目运营持续向好情况下，生产显示产品的二期8.5代液晶面板项目（简称t2项目）于2013年11月16日启动建设。项目总投资244亿元，选址于光明厂区预留用地。二期项目采用Cu制程、COA、MMG、Curved、RGBW、IGZO、OLED等显示技术，可为消费者提供超高清（8K4K），高色域，超轻薄、节能、高画质及自发光的新型显示产品。t2项目于2015年4月24日，提前50天实现量产，目前产能已超130K。t2项目成功开发并导入生产国内较早应用Cu/Cu制程+COA技术的全球较高穿透率的液晶面板，形成了高穿透率的核心产品竞争力，在增加产能规模的同时，大大增强华星技术实力。

深圳市华星光电半导体显示技术有限公司（简称t6项目）于2016年6月24日成立，公司选址于深圳市光明新区红坳社区，投资465亿建设第11代TFT-LCD及AMOLED新型显示器件生产线。公司注册资本215亿，设计产能9万大片玻璃基板，将采用Cu 制程、Oxide、PFA、POA、LOC、Super GOA、OLED Printing等技术，主要产品为43 、65 、75 液晶显示屏，OLED显示屏，超大型公共显示屏等。t6项目于2016年11月30日开工建设，计划于2017年12月主厂房封顶，2018年底点亮生产线，2019年一季度开始量产。

Under the condition that the operation of phase I project continues to improve, the phase II 8.5 generation LCD panel project (referred to as T2 project) for the production of display products was started on November 16, 2013. With a total investment of 24.4 billion yuan, the project is located in the reserved land of Guangming plant area. The phase two project adopts Cu process, COA, MMG, Curved, RGBW, IGZO, OLED and other display technologies, which can provide consumers with ultra high definition (8K4K), high color gamut, ultra thin, energy-saving, high picture quality and self luminous new display products. T2 project achieved mass production 50 days ahead of schedule on April 24, 2015, and the current capacity has exceeded 130K. T2 project has successfully developed and introduced the global high penetration liquid crystal panel with the earlier domestic application of Cu / Cu process + COA technology, forming the core product competitiveness with high penetration rate, and greatly enhancing the technical strength of Huaxing while increasing the capacity scale. Shenzhen Huaxing photoelectric semiconductor display technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as T6 project) was established on June 24, 2016. The company is located in Hongao community, Guangming New District, Shenzhen, with an investment of 46.5 billion yuan to build the 11th generation TFT-LCD and AMOLED new display device production line. The company has a registered capital of 21.5 billion and a design capacity of 90000 large glass substrates. It will adopt technologies such as Cu process, oxide, PFA, Poa, LOC, supergoa, oledprinting, etc. its main products are 43, 65, 75 LCD, OLED display, super large public display, etc. The T6 project started construction on November 30, 2016. It is planned to close the top of the main plant in December 2017, light up the production line at the end of 2018 and start mass production in the first quarter of 2019.
