吉林亚泰鼎鹿水泥有限公司是吉林亚泰（集团）股份有限公司的全资子公司，位于长春市二道区四通路3579号，距市中心7公里，交通运输便捷。

公司前身为长春市郊区水泥厂（后更名为长春市春城水泥厂），始建于1971年。1992年与长春市双阳水泥厂合并，更名为长春市双阳水泥一分厂。1997年进行改制，归属吉林亚泰集团，更名为吉林亚泰鼎鹿水泥有限公司。2004年，兼并长春市跃进水泥厂。2008年，收购农安电联水泥厂，成立鼎鹿水泥农安分公司，企业得到进一步发展和壮大。

近年来，公司不断加大投入力度，狠抓工艺管理，提升技术水平。2006年，建设一条年产120万吨水泥粉磨生产线；2010年，根据国家淘汰落后产能要求，公司陆续淘汰了原有3条熟料生产线和7台水泥磨，并将原有生料磨改造为水泥磨。目前，公司拥有φ4.2×13m水泥磨2台，φ3.5×10m水泥磨1台，水泥年产能达300万吨。其主导产品有“鼎鹿”牌PC32.5R复合硅酸盐水泥、PO42.5普通硅酸盐水泥及低碱道路、油井水泥。产品性能稳定，强度增进率高，有较强的抗水性和抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力且耐热性能好，率先通过了产品质量认证和ISO9001质量体系认证。多年来，产品被广泛应用于哈大高速铁路、长吉城际高速铁路、龙嘉国际机场、长春市“三横两纵”城市快速路等一系列国家、省、市重大工程项目，在市场上树立了良好品牌形象。

Founded in 1971, Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. and its main products are composite Portland cement, ordinary portland cement, special cement such as road and oil well. It is located at No. 3579, 4th Road, Erdao District, Changchun City, 7 kilometers away from the city center, with convenient transportation. The company was formerly known as Changchun suburban cement plant (later renamed Changchun Chuncheng cement plant), founded in 1971. In 1992, it was merged with Changchun Shuangyang cement plant and renamed as Changchun Shuangyang cement No.1 Branch. In 1997, it was restructured to Jilin Yatai group and renamed Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. In 2004, it merged Changchun Yuejin cement plant. In 2008, the acquisition of Nong'an dianlian cement plant, the establishment of Dinglu cement Nong'an branch, the enterprise has further development and growth. In recent years, the company continues to increase investment, pay close attention to process management and improve technical level. In 2006, a cement grinding production line with an annual output of 1.2 million tons was built; in 2010, according to the requirements of the state for eliminating backward production capacity, the company successively eliminated the original 3 clinker production lines and 7 cement mills, and transformed the original raw mill into a cement mill. At present, the company has two φ 4.2 × 13m cement mills and one φ 3.5 × 10m cement mill, with an annual cement production capacity of 3 million tons. Its main products are "Dinglu" brand pc32.5r composite Portland cement, po42.5 ordinary portland cement, low alkali road and oil well cement. The product has stable performance, high strength enhancement rate, strong water resistance, sulfate corrosion resistance and good heat resistance. It has passed the product quality certification and ISO9001 quality system certification first. Over the years, the products have been widely used in Harbin Dalian high speed railway, Changji Intercity High Speed Railway, Longjia International Airport, Changchun "three horizontal and two vertical" urban expressway and a series of national, provincial and municipal major projects, and have established a good brand image in the market.
