Founded in 1971, Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. and its main products are composite Portland cement, ordinary portland cement, special cement such as road and oil well. The company was formerly known as Changchun suburban cement plant (later renamed Changchun Chuncheng cement plant), founded in 1971. In 1992, it was merged with Changchun Shuangyang cement plant and renamed as Changchun Shuangyang cement No.1 Branch. In 1997, it was restructured to Jilin Yatai group and renamed Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. In 2004, it merged Changchun Yuejin cement plant.
