2010年2月，在省妇联的支持下，陕西妇联巾帼秦嫂家政有限公司（“秦嫂家政”）成立，承接了原陕西省妇联巾帼家政职介中心职能，占地面积500余平方米，设有理论课教室、多媒体教室、实操实训室、技能鉴定中心和学员宿舍等培训场地，为广大城乡妇女提供家政业务知识培训、职业介绍、技能鉴定等一条龙服务，帮助妇女创业就业。

“秦嫂家政” 根据社会发展需要和女性就业再就业特点，本着“服务大局、服务妇女、服务家庭”的宗旨，坚持“以培训促就业、以服务促效益”，积极实施“省妇女创业就业项目”和“家政工程”项目，共举办家政、月嫂、育婴嫂等培训班60余期，培训家政服务员5000余人。其中90%以上的学员通过省职业技能鉴定中心的技能鉴定考试，分别获得家政服务员和育婴员的中、初级职称，年安置就业达500人次以上。
