黄山市徽州区洪通茶叶专业合作社成立于2007年8月，采用“合作社+基地+茶农”的运行模式，把企业、合作社、社员和基地组合成生产、加工、销售为一体的产业化服务体系。

洪通合作社现有登记社员312人，农民成员达到100%，基地拥有茶园面积4300亩（其中有机茶园2100亩，无公害茶园2200亩），2010年以来，合作社积极以茶叶加工“煤改电改气”为切入点，大力推行清洁化工艺，合作社投入资金2800多万元，建设清洁化茶叶加工产房面积4800多平方米，新增3条黄山毛峰清洁化加工生产线，并在引进“脱水提香”工艺，逐步实现了以电加热杀青、理条、烘干为主的茶叶清洁化生产加工，大大提高了“黄山毛峰”茶叶品质。
