阿波罗雪糕有限公司成立于1972年，是一家香港本土专业冰淇淋生产企业，深受香港市民的喜爱。集团公司在香港拥有大型的生产基地、完善的冷链物流。
1972年香港成立阿波罗雪糕有限公司；

1992年开设Appolo（Magic House）专门店，在香港至今已约有50家分店；

1995年在江门建厂，成立香港阿波罗（江门）雪糕有限公司（以下简称“阿波罗江门公司”），2005年建设新厂房于现址；

2013年于香港成立Patisserie factory生产蛋糕雪糕甜品。
