初步建立了冷链加工配送体系:在市政府、市农业局、市财政局的大力支持下,2009年公司投资投资了近百万元,先后建起了保鲜冷库200平方米,净菜加工包装车间200多平方米,还投资购买了冷藏车3台、真空包装机2台、蔬菜清洗机2台,蔬菜去皮机2台以及配套的装卸运输和封口设备,实现了净菜加工包装,初步实现了蔬菜冷链配送。
建立了蔬菜农残快速检测室:在市农检中心大力支持和积极领导下,我公司在2009年5月建立了蔬菜农残检测室,从此开始了不间断的检测工作,每日检测品种保持30个以上,这一工作极大提高了配送蔬菜的安全性,同时也对基地的生产起到了很好的督促作用。
厂区环境整治:公司厂区面积有40余亩,在未整治前空地杂草丛生,垃圾也不少,不符合净菜上市的环境要求。09年初对厂区做了重新规划,把外围大地块作为蔬菜生产示范用地,按农田的沟路渠要求进行建设,厂房及办公楼附近空地进行园林绿化,栽花种草铺种草坪,为车辆停放专建一处停车场。经过一年连续建设,现在厂区已绿树成荫,草坪翠绿,道路整齐,菜地井然,生机盎然,厂区面貌和环境质量得到了很大的提高。
生产基地建设:三里基地初步规划1280亩,在市政府、市农业局的大力支持下,审批工作已完成,农田沟路渠以及200亩钢架大棚已完成,现如今已进入初步的投产作业。
