北京华清安地建筑设计有限公司原名北京清华安地建筑设计顾问有限责任公司，作为清华大学建筑学院建筑设计实践的基地，“产学研”三结合的实践平台，由清华大学建筑学院主办。
1994年经建设部和国家教委特批，1995年3月正式工商注册。
2010年3月更名为北京华清安地建筑设计事务所有限公司，2016年10月更名为北京华清安地建筑设计有限公司，具有住宅与城乡建设部颁发的建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级证书和国家文物局颁发的文物保护甲级勘察设计证书。
Beijing Huaqing andI Architectural Design Co., Ltd., formerly known as Beijing Qinghua andI Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd., serves as the base of architectural design practice of Tsinghua University School of architecture, and the practice platform of "production, learning and research" is sponsored by Tsinghua University School of architecture. In 1994, it was specially approved by the Ministry of construction and the State Education Commission, and officially registered in industry and Commerce in March 1995. It was renamed as Beijing Huaqing andI Architectural Design Office Co., Ltd. in March 2010, and Beijing Huaqing andI Architectural Design Co., Ltd. in October 2016. It has class a certificate of construction industry (Construction Engineering) issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and class a survey and design certificate of cultural relics protection issued by the State Administration of cultural relics.
