广德泰酒是汕头市广德泰酒厂实业有限公司生产的长春酒、大补酒、三蛇酒等10多个品种的总称。这些酒的特点是味醇甘美，色如琥珀，入口醇和，既有大曲酒的浓郁芳香，又有淡雅的药香，其技艺是配制型酒的典范。

据广东人民出版社出版的《潮阳县志》记载，广德泰酒始创于清光绪年间，创始人范友龙。进士、法部郎中范家驹曾将“广德泰长春酒”进贡清廷，慈禧太后饮后，大加赞赏，并特赐了“饮之太和，岁岁平安”的牌匾。1935年，第二代传人范伯谦呈请民国政府注册“龙麟”牌商标，后又经泰国政府注册商标。1941年开设于和平中寨大街的原始店址被日寇炸毁，被迫迁往澳门生产。1948年迁回家乡潮阳县和平镇继续生产，1956年公私合营，第三代传人为保住名号而没有合营，自行停业，1983年，乘改革开放春风，第四代传人恢复生产，使广德泰酿酒技艺得以延续。

Detai liquor making technology is a unique liquor making technology, which integrates Chinese traditional medicine culture and liquor making culture for five thousand years. For example, the whole process of selecting medicinal materials, selecting liquor, compounding and blending is an experienced skill. According to the records of Chaoyang County published by Guangdong People's publishing house, Guangde Tai liquor was founded in the reign of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty and founded by fan Youlong. Fan Jiaju, a Jinshi and doctor of the Ministry of law, once paid "Guangde Tai Changchun wine" to the Qing Dynasty. After the Empress Dowager Cixi drank it, she praised it very much and gave a plaque of "peace at the age of peace". In 1935, fan boqian, the second-generation successor, applied to the government of the Republic of China to register the trademark of "Longlin", which was later registered by the government of Thailand.
