公司成立于2011年12月，地处江苏省连云港市灌南县经济开发区通州路与珠海路交汇处，占地面积达140余亩，建筑总面积达70000平方米，年出口量达100000立方米以上。

公司拥有5.2米、4.2米、3.2米、3.8米、2.8米十八条LVL流水生产线，购进具有国内新进水平的全自动机器，生产流线摆脱单一的人工模式，逐渐向半自动、全自动模式发展。公司拥有杨木用料林1500多亩，在职员工600人，专业生产LVL 胶合板（包括：家具材、门芯材、间柱材）；产品以杨木、桐木、桉木为主要原材料，选用优质的环保胶水，生产出具有环保、不变形、防水等优点的全杨/桉木、桐杨/桉杨混合等产品。

为打造多元化的国际市场，2015年下半年，公司开发的杨木 LVL线条系列产品在国内受到客户的一致热捧；产品取代原有的密度板、实木，经过PVC、CPL、PU纸包覆或三聚氰胺压贴后广泛用于各种家具、装潢。

In order to create a diversified international market, in the second half of 2015, the Poplar LVL line series products developed by the company were unanimously welcomed by customers in China; the products replaced the original density board and solid wood, and were widely used in various furniture and decoration after PVC, CPL, PU paper coating or melamine lamination.
