贵州省瓮安县贵山茶业有限责任公司是一家专业从事茶叶开发、加工、销售的综合性民营企业。位于瓮安县城富水桥绿色食品工业园区，占尽省道马遵，铜修线物流通道的天时、地利、人和，其茶叶销售辐射网络遍布全省。茶叶基地位于海拔1360米的瓮安县岚关、永和和雍阳一带，有可采生态茶园5632亩，辐射带动周边5000户农民建成优质无公害茶园1.2万亩。以开发生产【贵山】牌系列名优茶为主，着力打造【贵山春芽】、【瓮安白茶】、【贵山牌都匀毛尖】、【桐沐春】、【瓮水红红茶】等十余个品种。

公司前身是瓮安县贵山茶场，在茶园管理、茶叶加工生产已有15年经营经验。从实践中，已总结出一整套较科学的生产管理模式，无论从大田管理、病虫害防治、茶青下树到毛茶加工等各项工序，还是产品质量（茶叶外形和内质）和市场营销与邻近茶场相比，均处于绝对优势地位。特别是通过聘请贵州省茶科所、湄潭茶场、都匀毛尖集团茶叶专家及时来场指导培训，无论是茶园管理，还是茶叶加工所需的技术骨干队伍已基本建立。

Its tea sales and radiation network is all over the province. The tea base is located in Languan, Yonghe and yongyang areas of Weng'an county with an altitude of 1360 meters. There are 5632 mu of ecological tea gardens that can be collected, and the surrounding 5000 farmers are driven to build 12000 mu of high-quality pollution-free tea gardens. Based on the development and production of series of famous and excellent tea of Guishan brand, the company has made efforts to create more than ten varieties of tea, including Guishan spring bud, Weng'an white tea, Guishan Duyun Maojian, tongmuchun and Weng shuihong black tea. The predecessor of the company is Guishan tea farm in Weng'an county. It has 15 years of experience in tea garden management and tea processing and production. In practice, a set of scientific production management mode has been summed up, which is in an absolute dominant position in terms of various processes, such as field management, pest control, tea planting and processing, product quality (tea appearance and internal quality) and marketing compared with neighboring tea farms. In particular, by employing tea experts from Guizhou Tea Research Institute, Meitan tea farm and Duyun Maojian group to guide and train in time, the technical backbone team for tea garden management and tea processing has been basically established. The company has a modern processing plant, office area, quality inspection and technical center covering an area of 15000 ㎡. The special fresh-keeping storehouse for tea is 1200m3, and there are 120 sets of various tea processing equipment. The annual processing capacity is more than 400 tons. The clean, standardized and large-scale production of famous tea has been realized.
