上海银蕨贸易有限公司由韩勇先生创立于2009年，公司注册资金1000万元，公司自成立伊始就定位于高品质进口食品的销售商，并在同期与Ken Milne先生联合打造了新西兰杜佰瑞品牌冰淇淋。

公司通过创始人之前多年经销新西兰品牌Chateau、Killinchy gold、Tiptop、Deepsouth冰淇淋的运作经验和Ken Milne先生的强大技术能力，让原装进口的杜佰瑞冰淇淋在包装、口味、甜度上更贴近中国的消费者，并引导了马来西亚和新西兰厂方的进一步创新变革。

经过多年的发展，新西兰杜佰瑞品牌冰淇淋现已遍布全国26个省份，开设近100多家品牌门店，为香格里拉、希尔顿、洲际、万豪、豪生、索菲特、美爵、威斯汀、铂尔曼、假日、万达嘉华、W酒店、喜来登等400多家酒店、1000多家社会餐厅提供冰淇淋，每天有超过10万个消费者在享用这一美味。

时至今日，我们不但冰淇淋品牌已扩充到杜佰瑞金牌、杜佰瑞蓝标、KIWIANA及睿安原创四个系列，还进口了马来西亚榴莲果泥、马来西亚顶好d24榴莲冻肉，代理了新西兰QFS集团的酥皮、羊角冷冻面团、新西兰deepsouth矿泉水等众多食品，同时我们仍将继续寻找更多的优质产品，将其引入到中国市场。
