深圳妈湾电力有限公司，成立于1989年，地处深圳市南头半岛西南端，毗邻前海深港合作区，是一家以提供清洁能源及相关服务为主的大型综合性电力公司。公司目前拥有320MW燃煤机组4台、330MW燃煤机组2台。

公司强化科学决策，规范企业管理，锐意改革创新，创造了良好的经营业绩。公司总资产达69.05亿元人民币，截至2016年底，累计上网电量约2000亿KWh。

妈湾公司秉承对社会负责的宗旨和可持续发展战略，高度重视环境保护工作。妈湾公司四号机组作为国家环保部的示范机组，在国内较早采用烟气海水脱硫工艺，取得了很多宝贵经验并在全国推广。2007年底，公司六台机组脱硫系统全部建成投运。2009年，公司开始着力于烟气脱氮、脱硝工作，在国内一家实施低氮燃烧器改造，使烟气氮氧化物排放大幅削减55%。2013年6月，公司六台机组全部配套建成SCR脱硝装置，环保水平大幅提高。

2015年正式启动实施了锅炉点火系统油改气项目，用时12个月顺利完成六台锅炉点火系统改造，基本实现了全过程、全时段超低排放。2016年5月23日，公司六台机组顺利通过广东省环境保护厅“超低排放”验收。2015年11月，公司建成国内首套采用“低压变频、低压上船”技术方案的岸电系统，实现了靠港船舶设施废气“零排放”。

It is a large-scale comprehensive power company mainly providing clean energy and related services. At present, the company has 4 320MW coal-fired units and 2 330MW coal-fired units. As a demonstration unit of the Ministry of environmental protection of China, Mawan No. 4 unit earlier adopted the flue gas seawater desulfurization process in China, and gained a lot of valuable experience and was popularized nationwide. At the end of 2007, the desulfurization system of six units of the company was completed and put into operation. In 2009, the company began to focus on flue gas denitrification, denitrification work, in one of the domestic implementation of low nitrogen burner transformation, so that flue gas nitrogen oxide emissions significantly reduced by 55%. In June 2013, all six units of the company were equipped with SCR denitration device, which greatly improved the environmental protection level. In 2015, the project of replacing oil with gas for boiler ignition system was officially launched and successfully completed the transformation of six boiler ignition systems in 12 months, basically realizing ultra-low emissions in the whole process and in the whole period. On May 23, 2016, six units of the company passed the "ultra-low emission" acceptance of Guangdong Environmental Protection Department. In November 2015, the company built the first shore power system adopting the technical scheme of "low voltage frequency conversion and low voltage boarding" in China, realizing "zero emission" of waste gas from berthing ship facilities.
