董辉记木业有限公司于1974年在香港成立，一直是以製造和安装木门、木地板、木柜等建筑地盘之细木工工程为主。公司成立以来，完成之地盘超过1500多个，其中有政府的，亦有大、中、小型地产发展商的工程。

随著公司业务的发展，在香港製造成品已不能适应新的需求，所以在八十年代选址在东莞塘厦镇，投资兴建了董辉记木製品厂。该厂厂内建筑面积达30万平方尺，由木门车间、木门框车间、地板车间、油漆车间及木柜家私车间等五个车间组成，另外6个烘干房，每年可完成门扇10万套，木地板10万平方米，木柜3万套。

公司使用的木材原料绝大多数是在木材的原产国家直接採买。而工厂各车间的生产流程，从原木开料到成品包装甚至装卸搬运都基本上实现了机械化和半机械化操作。工厂的生产和行政管理按ISO9002规程进行，并得到有关国际机构的认証。

Most of the raw materials used by the company are directly purchased in the country of origin. And the production process of each workshop in the factory, from the opening of logs to the packaging of finished products and even the handling, has basically realized mechanized and semi mechanized operation. The production and administration of the factory are carried out in accordance with ISO9002 regulations and certified by relevant international organizations.
