长兴合成树脂（常熟）有限公司主要经营高中档不饱和树脂的生产和销售。公司成立於2006年5月，总投资额5000万美金，占地面积12万平方米。规划产能75000吨/年，分两期完成，一期43200吨/年，已建制完成并投入使用；二期31800吨/年。

公司於2008年7月份进行试生产，2009年8月取得《危险化学品安全生产许可证》，2009年9月取得《危险化学品经营许可证》并通过ISO9001-2008质量管理体系认证和ISO14001-2004环境管理体系认证。2011年7月顺利通过江苏省化学品登记中心组织的安全标准化二级考评。

公司座落於常熟经济开发区沿江工业区之化工专区，天然气、电力、蒸汽等供应充足，安全措施到位。距沿海高速常熟经济开发区出口仅3KM，毗邻常熟港，交通便利。汲取台湾和广东厂多年来的成功经验和总结，常熟厂目前拥有集团较专业的UPR生产设备和管理系统。

The company carried out trial production in July 2008, obtained the work safety license for hazardous chemicals in August 2009, obtained the business license for hazardous chemicals in September 2009, and passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001-2004 environmental management system certification. In July 2011, it successfully passed the safety standardization level II assessment organized by Jiangsu chemical registration center. The company is located in the chemical industry zone of Changshu Economic Development Zone along the River Industrial Zone, with sufficient supply of natural gas, electricity, steam and other safety measures in place. It is only 3km away from the export of Changshu Economic Development Zone and adjacent to Changshu port, with convenient transportation. Based on the successful experience and summary of Taiwan and Guangdong plants over the years, Changshu plant now has the group's more professional UPR production equipment and management system.
