合肥广齐建设集团是从事建筑用钢模、管架、槽钢、机械等租赁，房地产开发，脚手架生产加工、搭设，起重设备安装等多个产业的多元化、集团化企业。集团于1987年7月2日由董事长李光奇先生创办。初创时的企业名称为“肥东城关建筑钢模租赁站”。1989年进军省城合肥开拓市场，于1993年6月成立“合肥广宇建筑钢模租赁站”。随着企业的不断发展壮大，1995 年6月更名为“合肥广齐建筑钢模租赁有限责任公司”。随着市场经济的发展需要，为进一步拓展业务，向多元化发展，构建产业链，于2003年、2004年投资数千万元陆续创建了“合肥广齐建筑脚手架有限公司”、“合肥广齐建材有限公司”、“合肥广齐集团马鞍山建筑脚手架有限公司”。2004年3月，由母公司“合肥广齐建筑钢模租赁有限责任公司”牵头，成功组建了“合肥广齐建设集团”。2005年又投资成立了“合肥广齐集团起重设备安装公司”、“合肥广齐集团房地产开发公司”。2006年成立了“合肥广齐集团赣州建筑脚手架有限公司”及成功收购国有企业合肥搪瓷厂日用部分并实行工业重组。2009年2月“广齐东奥家园”房产项目进行开发。2010年6，集团成功竞买亳州市国有建设用地，用于投资“广齐城市广场项目”。2010年9月位于萧县的“广齐荣观商城”盛大开盘。
集团母公司合肥广齐建筑钢模租赁有限责任公司是专业从事建筑钢模、钢管、机械等租赁企业。公司在安徽、江西、湖北四省十几个地市均设立了分公司并实行连锁经营。公司拥有各种租赁物数万吨，能够满足各种大型、多项工程需要，解决用户一个工程多家租赁的后顾之忧，为用户提高效率、节约成本，提供了有力的后勤服务保障。
