福田汽车和戴姆勒双方股比50：50生产福田戴姆勒汽车现有的“欧曼”中重卡产品和戴姆勒许可的排放标准和动力跟别达到欧Ⅴ和490马力的梅赛德斯-奔驰OM457重卡发动机。

福田戴姆勒汽车以用户为中心，引进欧洲卡车制造标准，以及戴姆勒的卡车研发生产技术，打造新一代高品质重卡。

福田戴姆勒汽车建成全球数字化超级卡车工厂，拥有冲压、装焊、涂装、总装四个工艺，年产能达20万台，形成了全价值链经营体系，目前已拥有90多万用户，800多加经销商，3400多家服务站，2000多家配件店，销售服务网络遍布全国。

产品涵盖欧曼ETX、欧曼GTL、欧曼EST、欧曼EST-A四个系列，产品吨位覆盖3T-49T，包括牵引车、载货车、自卸车、各类专用车等200多个品种。

北京梅赛德斯-奔驰发动机厂——总投资10亿元，主要生产具备燃油经济性、动力强及寿命长等特点的梅赛德斯-奔驰OM457发动机，设计产能为45,000台/年，

目前工厂已经落成并投入生产，是梅赛德斯-奔驰全球发动机工厂之一。
