吉鹤村酒业酿造有限公司坐落于科尔沁草原东陲，美丽丹顶鹤的故乡吉林省通榆县。

吉鹤村酒源于清光绪年间。通榆县（原为开通县）设置前属科尔沁右翼前旗游牧地，光绪十六年(1890年)札萨克图郡王于此“招垦蒙荒”，科尔沁左翼中旗达尔罕亲王送予于郑家屯铸的两口酿酒铁锅（至今保存完好，吉林省文物局有备案，现藏于吉鹤村酒业），从此，这千百年茫茫草原飘出了一缕醇醪。清光绪二十七年（1901）年实行“移民实边”新政，开襟蒙荒，五谷颇丰。光绪三十年（1904年），经盛京将军奏请，设置开通县，是年八面山昭烧锅作坊开张，字号“天德涌”（通榆县志有记载），为当时开通县工业之始。

民国时期，“天德涌”酿法亦传多户，多家开烧锅。

新中国时期开通县政府成立酒厂，其名称为开通县制酒厂，“天德涌”酿艺继而传承。1958年开通县与瞻榆县合并成立通榆县时更名为地方国营通榆县制酒厂，其酿造的草原香酒，草原白酒，开通白酒，高粱陈酿等远近闻名。

1986年“吉鹤村”酒问世，产品畅销东北三省和内蒙古等地。 1999年地方国营通榆县制酒厂改制以“吉鹤村”定名为通榆县吉鹤村酒业有限责任公司， 2005年更名为通榆县吉鹤村酒业酿造有限公司。

吉鹤村酒为浓香型大曲酒，以本地盛产的优质红高粱和地下深层矿物质水为主要原料，采用传统工艺，香泥老窖，精心酿造而成。具有窖香浓郁，绵甜甘冽，香味协调，酒体丰满，余味悠长的特点。
