据传,御厨“金手勺”将御膳的美味与人的益寿延年相结合,独创营养膳食,遂女皇年逾花甲而容颜不老。盛唐时期,中日来往密切,“金手勺”将中国的御膳文化传入日本并发扬光大,营养膳食在日本至今盛名不衰。这也是为什么日本是长寿国家的原因之一。
