采取“公司+专业合作社+基地+农户”的扶贫开发新模式，积极对接国家西部扶贫开发战略，使公司在自身不断发展壮大的同时，也为地方经济发展贡献一份力量。公司近期在罗溪乡大麻溪村、大屋乡荷木村、桐山乡大桥村等村按照试点模式扩建基地5万亩，使受益农户增至1000余户、3800多人；扶持贫困人口800人。预计20万亩基地全部建成后，受益农民可达12000人，扶持贫困人口3000余人，将有力地促进我县40万亩楠竹产业的发展。
