承德双承生物科技股份有限公司，建设年产3000万袋食用菌菌种研发及推广项目。项目占地1500亩，总投资1.8亿元，建设内容包括菌种研发中心、菌种厂、食用菌栽培、食用菌深加工和有机肥生产等。项目建成后，可年产食用菌菌种3000万袋、杏鲍菇等各种食用菌15000吨、年深加工食用菌3000吨、年产有机肥50000吨、实现销售收入2.3亿元，利税5000万元，安排百姓就业1000人以上，带动3000余户农户发展食用菌产业。

公司成立于2012年6月，现有资产4600万元。地址承德县头沟镇双庙村，现有员工126人，其中从事食用菌研发的专业技术人员5人。2013年4月投入生产，当年实现销售收入870余万元，截止到2014年3月底资产总计3365万元，2014年6月接种技术改良，开始使用液体种，达到了节本的目的。目前以杏鲍茹为主打产品，产品覆盖承德、唐山、北京等地区。在食用菌生产、经营实践中，研究了一套集菌种培养、食用菌种植和生物有机肥生产销售的一体化经营模式，有效提升了食用菌产品档次，形成了循环经济的产业链，为进一步发展食用菌产业奠定了良好的基础。

公司计划投资建设集食用菌研发中心、菌种厂、工厂化杏鲍菇种植、深加工、生物有机肥生产等于一体的产业园区。

项目共分三期建设，建设期三年。一期项目主要建设菌种研发中心、菌种厂和工厂化杏鲍菇种植车间，其中包括主厂房、出菇房、露天料场、锅炉房、配电室等，现已竣工投产。二期建设目前正逐步展开，计划在2014年继续扩大种植规模，同时建设生物有机肥生产厂、二次出菇示范园区和发展农民合作社组织，带动农户发展食用菌产业，增收致富。三期将建设深加工车间，完善各建设项目，使之达到预计的建设目标。
