公司于1980年建厂沿革至今，现占地20万平方米，建筑面积7万平方米，注册资本金2.87亿元。下设纺织厂、染整厂、针织纱厂三个生产厂，员工1500人，现有精粗纺规模为25000锭，年生产能力精粗纺面料500万米。腈纶纱50000锭，年生产能力1.5万吨，是一个集精纺、粗纺、纱线为一体的大型毛纺织企业。2016年6月，按照赤峰市总体规划，整体搬迁到红山经济开发区“纺织工业科技园”。
