中国石化仪征化纤有限责任公司(简称仪化有限公司)和中国石化集团资产经营管理有限公司仪征分公司(简称仪征资产分公司)，统称仪化公司，位于江苏省仪征市，占地约10平方公里。

仪化有限公司主要从事聚酯和涤纶纤维的生产及销售。目前拥有2套PTA生产装置，产能100万吨/年；16条聚酯生产线，聚酯聚合能力220万吨/年；34条涤纶短纤维（中空）生产线，产能80万吨/年；5条瓶级切片生产线，产能45万吨/年；2套超高分子量聚乙烯纤维干法纺丝装置，产能1300吨/年；1套对位芳纶试验装置，产能100吨/年；1套1,4-丁二醇（BDO）装置，产能10万吨/年；以及配套水、电、气、汽等公用工程。

仪征资产分公司下属3个生产单位及社区管理中心。PBT生产中心主要生产工程塑料(PBT)，有2套装置，产能9.1万吨/年。两个合资企业――仪化东丽聚酯薄膜有限公司和仪化博纳织物有限公司，分别与日本东丽株式会社、英国博纳国际控股有限公司合资设立，分别生产聚酯薄膜和聚丙烯织物。

Yizheng asset branch has three production units and community management center. PBT production center mainly produces engineering plastics (PBT), with 2 sets of devices and a capacity of 91000 tons / year. Two joint ventures, Yihua Dongli Polyester Film Co., Ltd. and Yihua Bona Fabric Co., Ltd., are jointly established with Japan Dongli Co., Ltd. and Britain Bona International Holding Co., Ltd. respectively to produce polyester film and polypropylene fabric. Yihua company adheres to the green and low-carbon development strategy, adheres to the core business philosophy of "customer satisfaction as the center", and creates a resource-saving, environment-friendly and "highly responsible and highly respected" enterprise. Yihua company implements integrated management, which consists of 16 secondary units, 4 directly affiliated institutions and 13 functional departments. By the end of 2015, there were 7293 regular employees in Yihua company.
