我院的前身是成立于1963年的黑龙江中医学院附属医院第一门诊部，1992年成立黑龙江中医学院附属第二医院，1995年通过三级甲等中医医院评审。在全国中医药院校中率先实行“院系合一”管理体制，1997年更名为“黑龙江中医药大学针灸推拿学院暨附属第二医院”。2007年8月新医疗大楼投入使用。2011年黑龙江中医药大学康复医学院成立，落户我院。
