奥雷士其前身为1990年建立的宁波市甬城水暖阀门厂，1995年7月正式更名为宁波奥雷士洁具有限公司，是一家集开发、生产、经营“奥雷士”系列陶瓷阀门水嘴、卫生洁具及配件的民营企业，中国五金制品协会常务理事会员单位，国家《城市节水型用水器具标准》编撰单位。
