小肥羊成立于内蒙古包头市,内蒙古小肥羊餐饮连锁有限公司自1999年8月起,以经营特色火锅及特许经营为主业,兼营调味品研发及销售。2008年6月小肥羊集团有限公司(“小肥羊”)在香港上市。2012年2月,百胜餐饮集团以协议计划方式私有化小肥羊的交易顺利完成。小肥羊从2月2日起正式在香港联交所除牌,并成为百胜餐饮集团旗下一个新的餐饮品牌。

作为百胜餐饮集团旗下的餐饮品牌,小肥羊将秉承百胜餐饮集团的饮食健康及平衡膳食精神致力为顾客带来高品质食品。目前,小肥羊的餐饮店面已遍布全国,而且连锁店已经进入美国、加拿大、日本、港澳等国家和地区。截止2011年12月底,小肥羊在中国大陆拥有469家连锁餐厅,是家喻户晓的中国餐饮连锁品牌。

目前,小肥羊公司已经发展成为拥有一个调味品基地,两个肉业基地,一个物流配送中心,一个外销机构,国内十五大餐饮市场区域,国际三大餐饮市场区域的大型跨国餐饮连锁企业。
